Full-Professor Electrical and Control Engineering received the B.Sc. degree in electronics/microelectronics from Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University), Russia, in 1999, and the M.Sc. degree in atomization electrical engineering from Kazan State Technological University, Russia, in 2000. He graduated from Kazan State Technological University with the PhD degree in Electrical and Control Engineering. He is currently a professor in the Faculty of Engineering, Jerash University, Jordan. His research interests include fault control systems engineering, neural networks, cognitive and renewable energy systems, and their applications in electrical engineering. The aim of this study is a multivariate analysis of energy pools based on renewable energy sources in the energy supply system for the independent consumer. The research provides the mathematical formula for optimizing the main parameters and processes of the energy complex (EC) on the basis of renewable energy sources (RES) to supply energy to many independent rural consumers in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Methodology and computation models can take into account additional conditions and constraints, data, which give flexibility and versatility to the computation models. The use of methods and guidelines at the design stage will increase the competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of the Jordanian government based on reliance on alternative energy sources, and improve the overall cost to independent consumers of low energy in rural areas. The article is devoted to the solution of the problem of developing technical solutions for multivariate analysis efficiency of energy complexes based on renewable energy sources in the system power supply of autonomous consumers. However, current global trends are such that the cost of electrolyzes and fuel elements decrease, and their reliability increases. To study the economic efficiency of the application of the hydrogen accumulation system, two models were included in the calculation program. In the first of the model, the increase in diesel fuel prices corresponded to inflation, in the second, the increase in diesel prices fuel outstripped inflation by 5-10% per year. Paying attention to the first option showed that to use the system accumulation of hydrogen is not economically feasible.
Currently the direction of voice biometrics is actively developing, which includes two related tasks of recognizing the speaker by voice: the verification task, which consists in determining the speaker's personality, and the identification task, which is responsible for checking the belonging of the phonogram to a particular speaker. An open question remains related to improving the quality of the verification identification algorithms in real conditions and reducing the probability of error. In this work study Voice activity detection algorithm is proposed, which is a modification of the algorithm based on pitch statistics; VAD is investigated as a component of a speaker recognition system by voice, and therefore the main purpose of its work is to improve the quality of the system as a whole. On the example of the proposed modification of the VAD algorithm and the energy-based VAD algorithm, the analysis of the influence of the choice on the quality of the speaker recognition system is carried out.
Problem statement: Sensor with local processing power that enables it to react to local conditions without having to refer back to the central controller. The size and the cost of smart sensor circuit have been reduced. Approach: The use of microcontroller, such as (PIC16C715), with an 8-bit ADC (Analogue to Digital Converter) in one chip. This reduction in the circuit size makes it possible sometimes to incorporate the primary sensor with the signal processing circuit in one unit, then the lookup table should be modified accordingly. The program mobility of smart sensor enables the system to perform self calibration routine by applying known input voltage signal, where its corresponding expected value is stored in the self calibration code. Results: The correction for the measurement signal is done by multiplying the measured signal by the gain correction value and then adding the result of the multiplication to the offset compensation value. The smart sensor performs the self calibration routine for every new measurement value, to adapt any changes in the system environment such as temperature drift. Conclusion: The system performance has been enhanced by implementing the PIC16C715 Circuit design complexity and cost has been reduced and also it’s easy to upgrade.
This paper mainly studies artificial intelligent technology for safe driver assistance. Intelligent vehicle (IV) the system the capacity of AI to control the cars is difficult to overestimate. For example, unmanned machines require onboard systems that can handle a huge amount of data from the surveillance cameras, sensors, navigators, sensors measure the distance, etc. Of course, to recognise and analyse thousands of requests, speed limit transmitted from placed transmitters in the road, to a receiver mounted inside the car somewhere on the dashboard of the vehicle and is a digital display indicating the current speed limit and the current car speed. This gave the driver a time to worry about other driving limitations, which carry out a safety driving in roads and not exceed a speed limit in them. As a result of using this device, we avoid the car accidents caused by exceeding the speed limit, traffic fouls by radars, and traffic fines.
This paper mainly studies data transmission Rate (DTR) in the of fuzzy logic in on Cognitive wireless modern communication improving the use of the radio frequency spectrum and the degree of intelligence of network and subscriber equipment, In this regard, The use of methods of cryptographic protection of information with a public key are convenient in that they do not require an additional communication channel for the exchange of a private key between the sender and the recipient However, they often rely on complex mathematical calculations and usually much less effective than c cryptosystems on a symmetric key. In this article we will focus on implementation of fuzzy logic methods for asymmetric encryption key. Fuzzy logic, in this case, is a problem solving methodology for data transfer that can find its application in various systems. In the present article deals with the encryption method using the theory of fuzzy sets technology of constructing cognitive wireless data transmission systems (WDTS) use of fuzzy logic and fuzzy controllers, Systems а demand of high quality transmission increasing of transmission data speed.
This paper mainly studies process of dynamic routing in a multilevel perspective the mobile radio network based on the new generation of radio .enhance the mobility of Computer networks a new and higher quality of service is required for different types of traffics, which in turn is displayed on the routing protocols. Routing protocol in data networks will understand a formal set of rules and agreements on sharing network information between routers to determine the route of data transmission that satisfies a given quality of service requirements and provides a balanced load across the mobile computer network as a whole. Organization and formation of mobile computer networks, including routing issues, devoted to the work of scientists, For modern computer networks of large dimension is typical multilevel routing in which computer network in some way divided into a subnet (routing domains), with at the most efficient protocol subnets group IGP, EGP group and protocols between networks. The work process of dynamic routing in a multi-level perspective the mobile radio network based on the new generation of radio. It is proposed to use a well-known proactive routing protocol OLSR multipoint handoff service packages as part of a hybrid protocol (HWMP).The description, the algorithm and the features of implementation of proactive protocol(OLSR).

MFA control users have successfully solved many industry-wide control problems in various applications and achieved significant economic benefits. Now, the challenge is extending the many advantages of MFA control technology to diverse and fragmented markets, which could benefit from its unique capabilities. Since single-loop MFA controllers can directly replace legacy PID controllers without the need for "system" redesign (plugand play), they are readily embeddable in various instruments, equipment, and smart control valves. This alleviates concerns relative to cost of change and also makes MFA an appealing tool for OEM applications on a large scale.
The urgency to increase the efficiency of recognition of car number plates on images with a complex background need the development of methods, algorithms and programs to ensure high efficiency, To solve the task the author has used the methods of the artificial Intelligence, identification and pattern recognition in images, theory of artificial neural networks, convolution neural networks, evolutionary algorithms, mathematical modeling and models characters were then statistics by using feed forward back propagated multi layered perception neural networks.. The proposed this work is to show a system that solves the practical problem of car identification for real scenes. All steps of the process, from image acquisition to optical character recognition are considered to achieve an automatic identification of plate.

Fast traslate Icon translate This paper mainly studies Driving Assistance Systems and Detection Pedestrian Crossings of traffic and control, many years around the world and company studies have been conducted on intelligent transport systems (ITS). Intelligent vehicle,(IV) the system is part of a system which is designed to assist drivers in the perception of any dangerous situations before, to avoid accidents after sensing and understanding the environment around it. Methodology: we made an analysis of the peculiarities of the task of surveillance for pedestrian crossings and presented a detection system which these features into account. The system consists of a detector based on histograms of oriented gradients, and activity detector. The proposed Results tested detection precision and performance of the proposed system. The motion of the work is to combine the proposed system and the tracker. The results show that an adequate application of the quality and performance of the developed algorithm of detection of objects of interest in the work.
